AMC includes 24/7 emergency support. Call our hotline anytime, and we'll dispatch a technician within 4 hours in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. All emergency repairs are covered — labour and parts included in your annual fee.
Yes. If you upgrade from Basic Care to Premium Plus, we'll adjust your fee on a pro-rata basis. Downgrading is allowed from the renewal date. Contact your account manager to discuss options.
Both options available. Annual payment upfront gets a 10% discount. Monthly payments via automatic bank transfer — no additional cost. Choose whichever suits your budgeting.
AMC covers preventive maintenance and normal repairs. NOT covered: major structural replacement, tank relocation, customer-caused damage, or modifications beyond standard scope. Major work quoted separately.
Yes, with 30 days' notice, you can cancel anytime. If paid annually, a pro-rata refund is issued for unused months. Monthly billing cancels at the end of the current month.
Yes. Elite Protection plan includes annual compliance documentation for NOC applications and authority inspections. Basic and Premium plans offer certificates at AED 200/document.
