Payment Terms

50% deposit upon order confirmation to secure your tank slot. 50% balance due before delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cheque payment.

Warranty

All GRP tanks come with a 5-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing. Covers panel failure, joint separation, and seal defects. Normal wear and installation damage excluded.

Our tank prices are fixed. What you see in the price list is what you pay for the tank itself. However, delivery and installation pricing can be negotiated based on your location, site conditions, and order volume. Bulk orders get discount tiers automatically applied.
Ex-works means the price is for the tank at our facility, before it leaves. You arrange (and pay for) transport to your site, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. This is standard in UAE and gives you transparency on what the tank costs versus what delivery costs.
We require 50% deposit at order and 50% on delivery. We don't offer in-house financing, but contractors often finance through their banks. For bulk orders, we can discuss flexible payment schedules — contact us with details of your project.
No. The tank price is fixed. We quote delivery, assembly, and testing separately so you know exactly what each service costs. The only variable is site-specific work like excavation or electrical connections — these are always quoted in advance.
Most standard tank sizes are in stock or can be manufactured within 1–2 weeks. We hold orders for 30 days from the deposit date. If you need longer, we can arrange storage (small monthly fee). Custom sizes take 3–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Our prices are already competitive and fixed. We don't offer early payment discounts, but bulk order discounts (4–12% for 2+ tanks) apply regardless of payment method. For exceptional circumstances, contact us directly.
Custom sizes are quoted based on panel area, complexity, and lead time. Share your dimensions and capacity needs — we'll send a fixed quote within 24 hours. Most custom tanks fall between our standard sizes in price, but exact pricing depends on your spec.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: panel cracks, joint separation, seal failure, and structural issues caused by defective materials. It does NOT cover damage from installation errors, maintenance neglect, UV exposure without a protective cover, or impact damage. Warranty is non-transferable.
